You can mix one part and three more part water then mix it well. If you have sensitive skin then use more water. After cleaning your face then apply this mixture with cotton balls. Make Green tea toner or facemask to your skin:
Green tea is very rich in antioxidants. Drinking green tea promotes good health. There is no research said that drinking green tea can reduce acne but if you apply it directly it may help you. It can fight with bacteria and reduce inflammation. You can use cream, face wash, etc that contain green tea but if you make a mixture of it, it will be more helpful for you.
You can make a green tea toner. First, you have to boil the green tea in the water for 4-5minutes. Let it cool. After washing your face, take some tea with a cotton ball and apply it to your acne and let it dry.
Make Aloe-Vera moisturizer:
Aloe vera leaves produce a clear gel. It is called a tropical plant. This gel can be used in cream, lotion, soap. It can reduce rashes, burns, suntan, and can fight with bacteria. This has some natural salicylic acid, sulfur which is great for reducing inflammation and acne. Scientifically it has said that applying salicylic acid and sulfur can reduce acne.
You can take some gel from the aloe vera plant with the help of a spoon. Apply the gel in your acne. You can use it 1-2times daily or more if you want. You can buy some aloe vera gel directly from the store but make sure it is pure or not. Pure one can be more effective.
Taking fish oil supplement:
Fish oil is really good for health as a supplement because it contains omega 3 fatty acids and EPA. It is really good for the skin and reduce acne. Scientifically it has shown that is can also work for reducing hyperpigmentation. You can take omega 3 and EPA by eating salmon, sardines, walnut, chia seeds without taking a supplement.
